Revival Satchel MKII Sample No. 3

Inspired by classic cycling musettes, this small bag is designed to easily and quickly access your daily essentials. 

In true Wilboro fashion this bag has evolved through countless iterations. La Musette has become a personal favourite and my daily use bag, and it’s fantastic!

La Musette utilizes Wilboro Pivot shoulder strap attachment system, the strap can be flipped for right or left shoulder carry, while allowing the bag to sit at various angles for user comfort

Features include:

• Leather bottom and trim accents. 
• The leather is the renowned "Buttero" an Italian full grain vegetable tan from the Conceria Walpier tannery.   Please note that this leather has a distinct earthy smell when new, and will disappear over time. Leather will show some range marks and variation in colour, especially as it bends over time.
• Aluminum hardware throughout including: Adjustable tri-glide on shoulder strap, and adjustable G-hook closure buckle

• Custom Wilboro Pivot strap attachment system hardware made of 7075 Aluminum designed in house and made in Ottawa

 The Pivot was designed as to be the smaller sibling of the Revival Satchel, and while it shares some similar design language it strikes its own unique silhouette.     

At just over 7L in capacity it's big enough to carry all the essentials you'd want in a day bag, without getting too big and bulky.

The exterior combine premium leather and waxed canvas that strikes a balance between structure, flexibility and of course style.   

The Pivot features Wilboro's proprietary strap anchor hardware that allows the bag to change angles independently from the shoulder strap creating a versatile and comfortable experience for the wearer. 

With a few basic tools (included with the bag) it's easy to remove and switch the shoulder strap orientation for left of right shoulder carry depending on the wearers preference.

• Interior lined with 10.10 army duck (dry commercial wax treatment)

The Revival Satchel Evolves!   
The MKII is an updated and improved version on the award winning Revival Satchel.  While almost every aspect of the bag has been slightly tweaked, the goal was maintain everything that made the original Satchel so great, while improving the functionality of a few features, streamlining some manufacturing operations for a better product and to make the bag more easily repairable, if it ever needs that down the road.

The Revival Satchel takes the best of time-tested materials and combines them with modern ones – all the while maintaining a cohesive look. It pays homage to traditional leather bag design without being constrained by it.

The satchel uses a fusion of vegetable tanned leather and heavyweight felt mixed with cutting edge fabrics (the specific material may vary in different releases.) It is fitted with magnetic closures, premium safety buckles, and custom hardware developed specifically for this bag.

The bag has been designed to be worn either as a traditional satchel/briefcase (horizontal) or angled like a messenger bag. The unique strap attachment system allows the bag to pivot in relation to the strap – thus accommodating varied carry preferences.
